New Mexico is a state in southwestern United States. He is particularly known for its river, the Rio Grande. New Mexico is a plateau which is traversed by the Rocky Mountains. Accordingly, the land between the mountain ranges just curled up. The climate of New Mexico is very dry and very hot especially in summer. In the winter it due to the altitude but also be icy cold, especially in the north where there are in the mountains north of Santa Fe one beautiful and well-attended winter sports area. Because of its natural beauty and relatively well-preserved historic sites, New Mexico is rich in tourist attractions. In addition, the state has a large number of National Monuments. Furthermore, there is the second largest city in New Mexico in Santa Fe many beautiful and luxurious hotels. In the smaller towns in New Mexico are mostly in Ruidoso quaint hotels. New Mexico ist eine Hochebene, die von den Rocky Mountains durchzogen wird. Dementsprechend ist das Land zwischen den Gebirgszügen eben bis gewellt. Das Klima New Mexicos ist sehr trocken und besonders im Sommer sehr heiß. Im Winter kann es aufgrund der Höhenlage aber auch frostig kalt werden, besonders im Norden, wo es in den Bergen nördlich von Santa Fee ein wunderschönes und gute besuchtes Wintersportgebiet gibt. Wegen seiner Naturschönheiten und relativ gut erhaltenen historischen Stätten ist New Mexico reich an Sehenswürdigkeiten. Darüber hinaus verfügt der Bundesstaat über eine Vielzahl von National Monuments. Hotels gibt es zahlreich in der Hauptstadt Albuquerque wie zum Beispiel das frisch renovierte Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown, das Hotel Albuquerque at old town, das Clarion Hotel. Des weiteren gibt es in der zweitgrößten Stadt von New Mexico in Santa Fe eine Vielzahl schöner und luxuriöser Hotels.
