The three restaurants provide an extensive variety of Russian and international cuisine. Fine dining is offered amidst shimmering crystal and rose and white marble in the Emerald Restaurant. The Gzhel Russian Restaurant, named after Russia's celebrated blue and white chinaware, serves authentic Russian specialties. Light meals are available in the in the glass-roofed courtyard of the Versailles Atrium Cafe. For relaxation choose from a traditional Russian 'banya', a Turkish or Finnish sauna, or a treatment in the spa or beauty salon. For the more energetic the hotel offers an excellent gym with Italian Technogym equipment and an aerobics studio offering aerobics, yoga and tai-bo classes.
