When founder Addison Mizner unveiled his 100-room luxurious Cloister Inn in 1926, he envisioned it as "the greatest resort in the world." Over 75 years later, that Inn has become the renowned Boca Raton Resort & Club, a 1041-room Mediterranean-style destination resort, located in Palm Beach County on Florida's Gold Coast. One of the country's premier properties of its kind, the Resort & Club's casual elegance abounds throughout its championship tennis and golf, spa, marina, half-mile of private beach, exquisite dining outlets and more.Allowing guests the option to personalize their vacation experience, the Resort & Club is comprised of five distinct accommodation styles; all presenting a warm residential feel. All guestrooms and suites were recently renovated at a cost of $26 million. The Cloister, the original Resort structure, has 359 rooms, inclusive of 24 suites, and offers Spanish-influenced Mediterranean style design. The Golf Villas, including 120 rooms and suites, are secluded from the main hotel and overlook the Resort golf course.Featuring a world-class array of fine to casual dining outlets, the Resort & Club is home to 19 dining and entertainment options.
