The Best Western Grand Hotel, HAD was built in 1905 as the most modern hotel in town. Today a century later, the Best Western Grand Hotel, HAD still provides both business and leisure travelers with excellent service, along with multilingual staff, comfortable rooms and a wide range of activities. Halmstad, which was voted the golfing city of Sweden for the year of 2000, host's eight golf courses within 15 kilometers. Between rounds of golf and swimming, there's plenty more to do and see. The Best Western Grand Hotel, HAD is located in a quiet area of turn-of-the-century buildings. Its 108 rooms are designed in a classic style, all with mini-bar and cable television.
