Jean Georges, located in Columbus Circle is known for its vibrant, simple cuisine and the fact that the servers often finish off the dishes at tableside. Shun Lee Palace has been a Midtown landmark featuring Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine for three decades. Peter Luger Steakhouse is worth the trip to Brooklyn.
