Turn left into the park and follow the signs to the Lodge. For the most scenic route, take Highway-1 down the coast from San Francisco. Distance: 150 miles From: Los Angeles, CA Beginning at Los Angeles, CA Take Highway-101 North to San Luis Obispo. Connect to Highway-1 North all the way to Big Sur. Turn right into Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park. After entering the park, please follow the signs to the Lodge. Distance: 311 miles

Big Sur Lodge Restaurant - Open daily from 730am-9pm Join us for flavorful meals served indoors in our glass enclosed restaurant with wood burning stove and views of the redwoods and river, or dine outdoors on our patio overlooking the banks of the Big Sur River. Our breakfast menu has a wide variety of healthy and hearty selections. Lunch and dinner menus offer fresh salads, burgers, fresh local seafood and a variety of pastas. Meals are complemented by Monterey County and Napa Valley wine selections and you won't want to miss our homemade desserts. Expresso House - Open daily from 7am-9pm Has specialty coffees and teas and an assortment of freshly baked pastries; a great place to stop by for a snack.
