From the airport, turn right onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway 19. At the 2nd stoplight about 5 miles down, turn right onto Palani Drive. Follow Palani Dr until it changes to Alii Drive. Drive through Kailua-Kona town on Alii Drive. Kona by the Sea will be on the right.
On a private cove just a few minutes from Kailua-Kona town, the resort occupies over three acres of landscaped garden on the ocean side of Alii Drive. Shopping and dining are nearby.
