    T. Cook's  T. Cook's chef, Michael Hoobler, is praised for his artful blend of Mediterannean cuisine and fire-roasted specialties from T. Cook's wood-burning fireplace. Local food critic Howard Seftel of the Phoenix New Times describes T. Cook's ambience as one of the most striking in town and adds that "the food is as sharp and sophisticated as the setting..." Signature dishes include mussels sauteed in chardonnay thyme broth, grilled prawns and vegetables with potato risoto cake, grilled beef tenderloin with toquefort potato pie and roasted shallots, and T.
